Outline Analyzer is owned and operated by VHS Video Services, LLC.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Outline Analyzer. By creating an account, purchasing an analysis, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service. Outline Analyzer is an AI-assisted editorial product for analyzing story outlines, generating report-style feedback, and supporting related editorial chat workflows.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Purchases. Complete Analysis is sold as a one-time purchase unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Each purchase includes one initial analysis and one revision check. The first Complete Analysis purchase on an account also includes one complimentary Deep Dive; later Complete Analysis purchases do not include another Deep Dive. Additional Deep Dives may be purchased separately. Complete Analysis does not renew automatically.

4. Usage limits. Purchases include the usage shown at checkout. Included analyses and Deep Dives are for the purchaser's own ordinary editorial use, not automation, scraping, account sharing, resale, or attempts to bypass product restrictions.

5. Reasonable use. To protect the service, Outline Analyzer may apply reasonable safeguards, throttles, or limits where usage is excessive, abnormal, automated, exploitative, or materially outside ordinary human editorial use. We may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access in those cases.

6. AI output. AnalyzerGPT and related outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. While we do extensive testing and calibration to make results as consistent and useful as possible, slight variation between runs can still occur when AI models are involved. The service is provided as editorial assistance only. You remain responsible for your creative, business, publishing, and production decisions.

7. Your content. You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, and return outputs for the service.

8. Prohibited conduct. You may not use the service to abuse infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with the product, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to extract disproportionate value through automated or exploitative use.

9. Availability. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Billing and refunds. Payments, applicable taxes, checkout processing, and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Complete Analysis is a one-time purchase and does not require cancellation. Find our refund policy here.

11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The service is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outline Analyzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, publishing opportunities, or creative outcomes.
