This Privacy Policy describes how Outline Analyzer, a service owned and operated by VHS Video Services, LLC, collects, uses, and discloses information.
Outline Analyzer uses essential browser storage and account data to operate the service, keep users signed in, remember preferences, and support core product functionality.
If you create an account, we store information needed to authenticate you and operate your workspace through our service providers, including Supabase for authentication and cloud infrastructure.
We use uploaded content, project metadata, and application activity to provide the analyzer experience, improve reliability, and support customer requests. We will never sell your personal information, project data, or story content.
When you request an analysis or use AnalyzerGPT, the relevant project content is sent through our secure backend to OpenAI's models so the requested response can be generated. Outline Analyzer does not use a Chinese AI model.
We do not currently enable optional analytics cookies unless you explicitly choose broader cookie consent.
